In Sundargarh, Odisha, PICF initiated a groundbreaking footwear training program for Divyang individuals. Under this initiative:
90 members were trained in Hawai chappal manufacturing.
Today, 48 individuals work with pride and self-reliance, producing high-quality chappals under the brand name “Sparsh by Divyang“.
This program not only provides financial independence but also restores dignity and respect for these individuals in their communities.
